And we then describe how the Chief of Staff uses their skill sets and knowledge to solve these dilemma’s and drive the CEO agenda. 

As organizations grow and become more complex the need for coordination and communication grows. Meetings usually result. On this podcast we explore how the Chief Of Staff can use best in class process, content and facilitator behaviors in order to drive effective meetings. The Chief of Staff can master these skills and then model them in the organization for others to learn from.
